She knew what type of dress SHE wanted on me and only really brought me one type of dress. My seamstress, Ellen, was so kind and tailored my dress beautifully. I began working with Castle Couture in December 2019 in search of my wedding dress. Take pictures - I had to prove the dress had these lace peaks originally when the dress came in. What should be a happy experience has turned into a very frustrating and stressful one. At one point I spotted a dress in the store that I loved but that had a different silhouette than I wanted (and was probably way out of my price range) and she found a sample gown by the same designer that was everything I was looking for and in my price range! They ordered my dress a full size too big even though I insisted my weight does not fluctuate. Angela and I spoke about my dress interest and she began to pull dresses. They were kind, patient, and truly wanted to help me find my dream dress. From the moment you walk in, the castle is literally gorgeous, clean, spacious, friendly etc. It's even more than I ever dreamed it would be. My first time trying on dresses for my wedding next year. She respected my budget and I ended up leaving with everything I wanted below budget! gh nice things about Miriam and how beautiful she made me feel!! I am from Washington DC and I am SO GLAD I came from out of town just to go to Castle Couture and have the pleasure of being styled by someone as efficient, proficient, professional, and comfortable as Mariam! I had a fairly unique wedding dress experience, but I must say that Castle Couture was extremely professional and supportive from the beginning. The cups put in gave me ZERO support. at I would love my bridal consultant, Christina. However, Kristin found it! They emailed me after I ordered my dress and told me that it should be in their shop ar Castle Couture was amazing and worth the hour drive for me. You get the full bridal experience with a mimosa and a nice private section with a couch for your guests. I became a little worried because the reviews on yelp Christina Dougherty at Castle Couture was absolutely amazing when I picked out my gown for my wedding this past May. weddingwire This is truly one stop shopping for brides and there no bridal fashion need they cant assist with. When I scheduled my appointment they asked if I had a limit I wanted to spend so they wouldn't pull anything higher than my limit which is very important. I truly am grateful for the alterations staff for helping make a miracle with my dress all the way until the week of. She was so accommodating to my family and I. It was unbelievable that they mismanaged this appointment so tremendously and found only one option and were trying to force me to buy it. Before myself, or my mother could become upset over this issue, a store manager, Colleen, jumped in quickly to assure us that they would be contacting the dress company to send a new dress without a stain. I have only had positive experiences with Castle Couture! I have nothing but good things to say about her and this bridal shop.

We has Jodie helping me who was terrific. They credited me the original dress (it hadn't been processed yet) and allowed me to purchase my new dress with that credit. I look forward to my future appointments at castle couture and would recommend using Jody to anyone! I loved my dress!!!!! dress that was a bit higher and let me know that before I put it on. We purchased the dress in June. I explained I wanted lace and she consistently brought me fully beaded gowns (most likely because they are more expensive). I even ordered a 2nd dress 2 weeks before my wedding to change into at the reception bc Id grown to dislike my original gown. She was so sweet and kind. Our team stands ready to expertly cater to every detail for the bride. I only got an appointment because of a last minute appointment. Additionally, the consultant would disappear for extended periods of time. She had me try on different styles and listened to what I liked and didn't like then gave me some ideas. I had such an amazing experience at Castle Couture.
After trying on a handful more I kept going back to the original. The whole staff gave me so much attention and made me feel so special. shed throughout any of my appointments. Thank you for taking the time to review Castle Couture. The night before I went in for my appointment I started reading reviews about Castle Couture on the knot and yelp. You would think after spending $925 to have Alterations done that the dress would be perfect. She was so sweet and was able to really help my incision what the dress would look like, she picked out my veil, she held my phone and FaceTimed my family and showed them every part of the dress. I didnt go to a lot of dress shops to look for my wedding dress, but this one was so lovely in comparison. Cathrin went above and beyond and asked the head seamstress to come up and speak with me and my party, reassuring us that they can make the alterations we were looking for without sacrificing the pieces of the gown we all fell in love with. My seamstress kept saying shed fix it, shed fix it and she eventually told me (at my 5th fitting) that there was nothing she could do to fix it but Id still look pretty with my hair and makeup done. Plus! While searching for seamstresses in Manhattan and New Jersey, they were also wondering why Castle Couture made me get a size 10. First when we entered we were in a rush as my 4:00pm appo Castle Couture was where my wedding dress came true. cancel the dress order and go in for a new appointment. The set up blew me away. AY overpriced. The girl I worked with did not listen to what I wanted at all. K My experience at Castle Couture was absolutely amazing!! How dare you. From the moment that my family and I walked in, we were greeted and made to feel so comfortable. Since then I have reached out daily about the situation, the staff says she will call me back before closing but never does. It was such a special and wonderful experience from beginning to end. Hi Ashley! So when I decided no lace, she continued to pull more and more. After 9 bridal salons and trying on at least 60 dresses I was starting to lose hope.
Luckily, my next appointment at Bridal Suite Boutique was a complete 180 with the nicest, kindest people I had ever met. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, my entourage and I felt nothing but welcomed. Overall great bridal experience and a strong choice for people looking for a one-stop-shop too! I said Yes to the Dress.. e store months ago to inquire about getting canceling the order and getting a different dress because I ordered a long sleeve dress because the wedding was originally a fall wedding and Now my wedding is set for the summer and I wAs told they could not help. I worked with Ellen for alterations and was very satisfied with the adjustments that were made. Instead, I had to figure this all out myself, which can be pretty difficult with fuller skirted gowns. Many of the reviews say they segregate you or tell you they only have 3 dresses for you to try on. She was amazing! Her work is amazing! Since living in this area for many years, Castle Couture was where my daughter and I knew that was the place to get her Wedding dress. Honestly you are better off going with a local bridal boutique or shop off the rack. She was simply fantastic! Thank you to the whole Castle Couture team! She made the experience great! I ended up scheduling two appointments and found my dress the second time! She immediately stood up and said "well they aren't going to have your size, so prepare yourself for that." Over a year before my wedding day, I worked with Rachel who was a complete joy. She listened to me and was efficient. consultant showed me a dress that was not off the shoulder but explained exactly how the alterations would work. I went to Castle Couture first, went to another shop for my second time, and came back to Castle Couture for the final time. I LOVED my dress and the whole castle couture ex Shopping at Castle Couture was so nice. She didn't ask any follow up questions, didn't ask to see pictures, and didn't really seem to care about what I was looking for. The strap alteration was uneven and didnt lay flat. I went in with this low expectation of finding my dream dress. You have got to be joking! ly great with asking about what I liked and didnt. The place was very proper with their social distance guidelines although they were not universally applied. Rachel knew exactly which veil was perfect for my dress on the first try! When I was finally in "the one" I had a whole group of employees watching and cheering for me, I could actually see on their faces how genuinely happy for me they were! They argued with me numerous times telling me that they can't place that order even though it's listed on their website because it's discontinued. she put a veil on, gave me a bouquet of flowers & I immediately said "Yes to the Dress". I was excited but nervous because I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. The other girls there were also very kind and helpful as well. I loved they attention to detail and their flexibility. It was my first time trying on dresses, and my last! he dress was so form flattering; it fit me like a glove! They only offered to fix the dress and preserve it for me. On my third and what was supposed to be my last fitting, I had dropped weight and the dress was so lose on me and without any issues she promised to make sure it fit on my wedding day and scheduled a new pick up date for me. I tried on a few different dresses and said yes to the 1st dress I initially tried on! It was such a special moment to say, yes, to the dress! She listened to what I wanted and was great with my party. And to top it off, after having a truly disappointing appointment, the consultant told me on my way out that I "better find a dress soon" because I was pushing the time constraint. They also then asked if I was calling about my dress. Thank you so much Kristen and the whole Castle Couture team! I recommend you see Jamie S. and no one else for all your bridal needs!!! They clearly didn't care about my interests or trying to appease their customer, they were just scrambling to make a sale. I was given Cinderella ball gowns and blush colored beaded dresses that looked like they were for the mother of the bride/an evening gown. The girl was clearly out of her depth and went to get her manager who honestly was not any more helpful. My maid of honor and my mother were treated just as wonderfully as I was and they really made us feel special. es to be fully certain of the one I wanted, and once we decided on what type, the selections she pulled were gorgeous! :). I was looking for in style, etc. aken in more, length not at the right spot, etc.). Absolutely Amazing! This company and their wonderful team were extraordinary. 4th fitting was a fiasco and if that experience was a first experience I would have walked out. This was my 5th time trying on Wedding dresses and I had looked at more than 1000 dresses online but I finally said yes to a dress and it was all because of Mariam!!! If you want a staff who makes it a special experience and actually cares about the customer and treats them with respect, go literally anywhere other than Castle Couture. There were four fittings total. I would get the dress on myself and be waiting at the door for her to come back and button/zip me in and clip it back. In my head, I was creating an imaginary wedding dress - wanting the top of one dress, the bottom of another, the back of another, etc. I found the dress of my dreams that day! My dress was a dream and I never felt pressured to buy a dress at any point during the process. I waited about 2 months for a new dress, and sure enough it was clean, and perfect!! up but i appreciated the ability to form my opinions, so if you dont want a pushy sales person ask for her. My bridal consultant was Bianca, she went above and beyond for me. She would also give me the reassurance I needed to hear when I felt like I was being too picky or was feeling overwhelmed with my familys opinions. While I did have one slight hiccup with my veil (we had ordered ivory but when it came in & we put the veil against the dress the coloring was all wrong), Colleen worked with us to arrive at an equitable solution and I ended up loving a new veil I had chosen instead! She was a great listener and amazing stylist - every dress she chose fit my style/vision.

ALTERATIONS DEPARTMENT: I said yes to the dress! Really a great experience! Rachel was super helpful, and didn't mind grabbing me about 15 dresses to try on. The selection was incredible, yet not overwhelming. She worked with me every step of the way into finding the perfect dress for me. Cookies, beverages offered. After contacting Castle Couture and driving from Brooklyn to show them the dress, I was told that if I bought a car and went out and crashed it would it be the car dealers fault. sociate was nice but in retrospect, very pushy. She was kind, so fun to work with, and never failed to bring me something better and better each ti Do not get your alterations done here. I probably tried on ~9 dresses and didn't really have any that I liked. They are horrible people and horrible customer service skills. They had such a Let me start by saying that this place is beautiful. We waited a few more minutes and finally the consultant showed back up with another dress to try on. Every time I went she never finish the work she said she would have done. Additionally wedding day there were still pins in it, Im guessing as a result of the rude alterations manager rushing the seamstress. /5 stars because at times during alterations they are a bit disorganized and you do kinda get a factory wedding dress shop vibe. I would recommend going to Castle Couture for the full experience of wedding dress shopping, styling, and altering to any future bride or MOB I know! Which I cant understand since she hemmed my dress from the middle seam. Superb experience, hands down! I got an email saying my dress was in and I needed to make an appointment. they were completely done with me. My bridal consultant was Kristen Lubrano and she truly exceeded my expectations!! She made me feel like a bride! After everything goes perfect and the day is magical you waste most of your night fighting with your dress and crying on your wedding because your dress is falling apart after only wearing it for a 20 minute ceremony. She really took her time to get to know me and was very honest as to which dresses she thought complimented me. I knew that was my dress the minute we added a veil and an off the shoulder sleeve. From my very first alteration appointment to last, Drita was so kind and helpful. I didn't come to my first appointment thinking I would find my dress that day (or in New Jersey) but Christina made it happen because she captured my style, knew the inventory well, and made me feel so comfortable. I am extremely grateful to Angela; thank you again! I cannot begin to express how wonderful Mariam was and the overall atmosphere of Castle Couture. They insisted I had plenty of time to order fabric to custom make my sleeves/jacket and that the consultants at my fitting would help out. it on their website and she ignored me. I did all of my alterations through castle couture, and bought my veil from them. I went to Castle Couture with no idea about what I wanted for my wedding day. I would recommended Castle Couture, and Bianca specifically, to anyone searching for a dress! Those memories will live on forever.. inding my wedding dress! I am now stuck with a long sleeve dress that I can never wear because it is to hot in August to wear a long sleeve dress and have to forcefully buy another dress elsewhere because they wont let me exchange my dress to a short sleeve, off the shoulder, or anything else weather appropriate.
