Travelling to Commondale from York was a varied experience every time I visited after that, either staggered by the ferocity of the moors weather, baffled by the low cloud, or entranced by the sunny days. Outside the 1927 / 1952 house, we found a path and drain, but the path did not run from front door but the sheep dip. A screed of concrete covered the house floor with channels moulded into it to run water and dip fluid back into the dip. And and theres theres a real sense of curiosity here. 
We look at it, we photograph it. And having been number two, one of the main things I wanted to talk about, which I completely forgot, is that you reminded me of that, because the two things that stopped me doing things in life, usually time or money.
