Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. we were really looking forward to staying here because it is a brand new property and we usually love Hilton hotels but this one wasn't ready to be opened and they really should have waited to complete everything before offering it to guests or at least given us a fair warning on what to expect.

They didn't clear the seaweed from the shores as fast in the other Casas because not as many guests were staying in those buildings. when we said "what and no way" he turned around took us back to the property and literally threw our things out of the car, not caring that we might miss our flight over this. Although we were on the first floor our view was still amazing. This is truly needed at this resort because (as is) it is really not anything to do for kids at this time. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, free breakfast, and a pool. It was absolutely incredible, and we are already planning our trip back! Beautiful room, but not that much when you spend half of your stay sick because of food. Pamper yourself with a day at Hilton Spa, where you can enjoy deep-tissue massages, body treatments, and facials.

at an all inclusive resort tips are usually covered, and yes i understand if the service is good we should tip them extra but they expected it upfront or they would barely come to take your order. The beach is literally 10-20 yards from the pools and beach-facing rooms, you can walk no problem. Some days there were large amounts of seaweed washed ashore, some days not so much. Its beautiful, relaxing and there is so much to do in the area and at the resort itself.
