We watch the attendants clean and sanitize each lounge chair.. Another person there we love is Edy.. shes Captain of room service had a small issue with coffee on our room and we came back to the room with coffee, creamers, xtra stuff, and xtra water! There was water leaking from the shower everywhere and made an annoying noise. Hours do vary from one venue to the next, and some spots are only open in the evenings. The ocean view rooms are located above the theatre which is where the night life is every night so keep this in mind if you are wanting a quiet stay to request a garden view instead. I highly recommend it. In the french restaurant we advice to arrive early because they take ages to give you a table and bring your food, nevertheless there was a really kind waiter that helped organize and make our waiting less boring (Thanks Margarito 3). They also include satellite TV and safety deposit boxes. The staff is very hot. This is One&Only Palmilla. Just returned from 7 days at Garza Blanca and already planning our next visit. Rooftop pool had incredible views and wonderful cocktails. Everyone at the pools to the restaurants are there to help out and to take care of you as much as they possibly can. The rooms themselves are standard, nothing too luxurious but comfortable and clean. The resort went all out for my birthday, special thanks to Miguel for his amazing service and special treatment!
